Customs outside the UK:
We have been having increased issues with customs-charges specifically in Europe and we would just like to make clear that we are not responsible for any custom fees you may incur from your respective countries customs office, we ship via Royal Mail and usually they will hand over the parcel to a delivery service from your country, make sure to keep up to date with the tracking to see if you have a customs fee to pay.
Processing Time:
Please allow your order to be processed within one week after payment confirmation, Orders placed on weekends/holidays will need to wait until the next business day to be processed.
Shipping Rates:
Your items will be shipped with tracking provided, your tracking number will be sent to you when the order has been shipped.

- EU (European Union) - 2-7 business days, £13.00
- Rest of World (Americas, Africa, Asia, Oceania) - 2-11 business days, £17.50
